Israeli soldiers installed, on Monday morning, several checkpoints between the West Bank cities of Tulkarem and Nablus.

Also, troops stationed at Beit Eiba Checkpoint closed the checkpoint, and barred the residents from crossing it.

Soldiers based at a Jneidy junction, which is used by the residents of Tulkarem and Jenin heading to Nablus, closed the junction and forced the vehicles back.

Troops also installed several checkpoints at the main Nablus-Tulkarem road near the settlement of Inab and Beila village, and closed Anabta checkpoint for several hours forcing the residents to wait under the rain, eyewitnesses reported.
