Israeli forces invaded the West Bank city of Nablus and nearby Balata refugee camp on Thursday morning.

Troops entered the city and refugee camp from several directions then took positions in the city center and refugee camp.  According to the local residents, infantry and jeeps were also seen in the city.

The Army also stormed Al Toor area in the city and two posts for the Palestinian Authority security forces though no arrests were made, local sources reported.
