The Central Council of Jews in Germany intends to file a law suit against Google based on claims of "citing racist anti-Jewish ideas."

This action was a result of a recent video clip published on YouTube, a service provided by Google, in which the late council president, Bull Schpigle, appears to be burned with Nazi symbols in the background. It is forbidden in the Jewish religion to burn the body of the dead.  Kai Orbic, the director of YouTube in Germany, said that this claim is untrue, adding that the company is working to install a "self-monitoring" system tool block any prohibited materials.  The CCJG says that this action is not sufficient and that Google should make a stronger effort to prevent such material from being published.
