Mohammad Ayyad, spokesperson of the Palestine Solidarity Project, said the child was wounded during a protest held by the resident near the Carme Tzur illegal Israeli settlement, during which they demanded to be allowed into their farmlands.

Meanwhile, in Tubas, eight residents were kidnapped when Israeli troops invaded the city in the early hours of the morning. Residents said troops broke into homes and ransacked them before they kidnap the eight youth and leave.

In the Gaza strip, Israeli tanks stationed near Karm abu Salem border crossing, southern Gaza Strip, opened fire at residential areas, however, no injuries were reported. Reason behind the fire remains unknown, yet, residents in that area told media that this is a frequent act by the Israeli military stationed there.

Staying in the Gaza Strip, the deposed Hamas government in Gaza executed, by firing squad, two Palestinians convicted of collaborating with the Israeli Intelligence.

The Palestinian Information Center, affiliated with Hamas identified the two as Nasser Abu Freih, a police officer and Mohammad Al Sabe’, both were convicted of collaborating with “hostile entities, murder and accessory to murder.

The execution was met by wide criticism by Human Rights organizations, while Human Rights Watch described their execution method, cruel and inhumane, the rival Fatah party said the entire trial is illegal.

The Palestinian Law requires a written and signed approval by the President before any execution is carried out, an approval that the Gaza government never received.
