Army Demolishes Five Commercial Structures Near Jenin
Monday Morning, May 19 2013, Israeli soldiers invaded Barta’a Ash-Sharqiyya village, near the northern West Bank city of Jenin, demolished five commercial buildings, and handed demolition notices to a number of residents. A car dealership was also demolished in Jerusalem.
Member of the Barta’a Ash-Sharqiyya Village Council, Tawfiq Qabha, told the Palestinian News & Info Agency (WAFA) that several Israeli military jeeps and bulldozers invaded the village after declaring it a closed military zone, and demolished the structures.
