Israeli settler runs over a Palestinian woman and armed settlers uprooted Palestinian olive trees. These stories, and more, coming up, stay tuned.

A 55-year-old Palestinian woman was moderately injured, after being hit by a settler’s car in Teqoua’ village, east of the West Bank city of Bethlehem, late on Wednesday night.

Local sources said that the woman suffered fractures in her arm and shoulder, in addition to various cuts, including in her face and head. She was moved to the Beir Jala Governmental Hospital, in Bethlehem.

On Thursday at dawn, Israeli soldiers invaded various Palestinian communities in the occupied West Bank, searched homes, and kidnapped four Palestinians, Local sources reported.

In Bethlehem city dozens of soldiers invaded the al-Fraidees and Doha towns in the city and kidnapping four young Palestinian men, including two brothers. Other invasions were reported in the Hebron and Jenin cities, local sources reported.

Later on Thursday, Israeli settlers stormed the village of Howara, near the northern West Bank city of Nablus, and destroyed olive trees owned by local farmers.
Local sources said that the settlers came of the illegal settlement of Yitzhar and that the settlers have uprooted 50 olive trees.

In other news, Israeli sources alleged that a police officer was stabbed, and mildly injured, in Pisgat Ze’ev illegal settlement , in occupied Jerusalem. The police said three Palestinian men carried out the attack.

The soldier was wounded in his leg and moved to the Hadassah Medical Center, in Jerusalem, Israeli news sources reported.

In related news, the Israeli Radio said that rounds of live ammunition were fired at Israeli soldiers manning the Qalandia terminal, north of occupied Jerusalem. The incident did not lead to any injuries; the army claimed the shots came from the nearby town of ar-Ram.

In the Gaza Strip, Israeli navy boats opened fire at Palestinian fishing boats, docked at the Gaza coast, and at a number of homes in the area, causing damage but no injuries.

On Wednesday, four fishermen were injured by a shell fired from an Israeli navy boat, which also fired several rounds of live ammunition at a number of homes close to the shore.
