A Bethlehem family received treatment for suffocation, Saturday, after an Israeli tear gas canister landed in their home, according to local and media reports. Five Palestinians were kidnapped in the Hebron and Jenin districts, during clashes with Israeli forces. Reports of live fire continue to surface.
Palestinians protesters clashed with Israeli soldiers at the northern entrance of the city and along Bethlehem-Hebron road, today, as troops fired tear gas canisters and rubber-coated metal bullets to disperse the crowd.

One canister landed in the house of Ash-Shwiki family, causing the eight-member family, including children, to suffer from tear gas inhalation, according to WAFA Palestinian News & Info Agency.

Israeli troops shot and injured a Palestinian teen in his foot, with a live bullet, during earlier clashes in the city, today.

He was taken to Beit Jala public hospital to receive medical treatment.

Dozens of Palestinians were also met with tear gas, early Saturday, during clashes with Israeli forces across Hebron district, while others were shot and injured with rubber-coated steel bullets, according to WAFA correspondence.

The clashes took place at Ban Az-Zawiya, in Hebron city, Beit ‘Inun to the northeast of the city, Bani Na‘im main entrance and Kharsa –Dura junction.

Clashes also erupted in Beit Ummar, Idhna, Al-‘Arroub and Al-Fawwar refugee camps.

Israeli troops also fired live ammunition, in Hebron, shooting and injuring several Palestinians with rubber-coated bullets and causing dozens others to suffer excessive tear gas inhalation. All were treated at the scene.

In Hahul, clashes broke out in the north of the city, where Israeli troops fired both tear gas canisters and live ammunition at Palestinians.

Dozens of Palestinians suffered from excessive tear gas inhalation and at least four others were shot and injured with live ammunition in their feet, according to WAFA. Another was shot and injured in the thigh, while another Palestinian was hit directly in the face with a tear gas canister.

All of the injured were taken Hebron hospital for treatment.

In both the Hebron and Jenin districts, Israeli forces kidnapped five Palestinians, today, according to reports from security sources.

Particularly in Sa‘ir and Hebron city, as well as in Bart‘a Ash-Sharqiya village, to the south of Jenin, confrontations occurred in which Israeli troops also fired rubber-coated metal bullets, live ammunition and tear gas canisters at Palestinians.

four were taken into custoday; one from Sa‘ir and three from Hebron city.

Also abducted was a 28-year-old Palestinian from Barta‘a Ash-Sharqiya.
