Israeli soldiers invaded a number of Palestinian communities in the occupied West bank, broke into and violently searched several homes, and kidnapped at least four Palestinians.Local sources said several armored Israeli military vehicles, invaded on Monday at dawn, Jenin city, and the nearby towns of Qabatia, Zababda, and Methaloon, and violently searched dozens of homes.

The soldiers also fired rounds of live ammunition, flares, and concussion grenades during the invasions.

Undercover forces of the Israeli army also infiltrated into Beit Ummar town, north of the southern West Bank city of Hebron, and kidnapped a Palestinian from his home, in the center of the town.

Local sources said the kidnapped Palestinian, Adham Mohammad Ekhlayyel, 24, is a former political prisoner. He was moved to the Etzion base for interrogation.

Soldiers also installed a roadblock at the entrance of Doura town, south of Hebron, stopped and searched dozens of cars while investigating the ID cards of the passengers.

Also on Monday, soldiers kidnapped a Palestinian while trying to cross the al-Karama Border Terminal, on his way to Jordan.

The kidnapped Palestinian, Ahmad Hosni Mustafa, is from Methaloon town, south of the northern West Bank city of Jenin.

In addition, several Israeli military vehicles invaded Husan town, west of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, and kidnapped two Palestinians, after the soldiers broke into their homes and ransacked them.

The two have been identified as Ali Hamed Hamamra, 22, and Montaser Mohammad Zaghloul, 20.

On Sunday evening, soldiers invaded al-Hawouz area and the al-‘Arroub refugee camp, in Hebron, fired dozens of gas bombs, concussion grenades and rubber-coated metal bullets at local protesters, causing several injuries.
