Israeli soldiers kidnapped, on Thursday evening, two young Palestinian men, after stopping them on a sudden military roadblock, northwest of the central West Bank city of Ramallah. Three Palestinians were injured by Israeli troops in Beit Rima, near Ramallah.The kidnapped residents have been identified as Ali Hussein Rimawi and Satty Khalil Rimawi, from Beit Rima town, northwest of Ramallah, the Ramallah News Agency has reported.

Eyewitnesses said the soldiers stopped a car transporting the two Palestinians, forced them onto the ground and abducted them, after cuffing and blindfolding them.

In related news, more than ten Israeli military vehicles invaded Ramallah city, and clashed with dozens of residents. Medical sources said three Palestinians were shot with live rounds; the soldiers also invaded the Science Library, in the center of the city.

More than 30 military vehicles also invaded the northern West Bank city of Jenin, and the Jenin refugee camp, and kidnapped a number of members of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP). The army fired gas bombs and concussion grenades.
