Israeli soldiers invaded, on Thursday at dawn, several villages and refugee camps, in the Ramallah and al-Biereh District, in the occupied West Bank, searched many homes causing excessive damage, and kidnapped five Palestinians. Clashes took place between the soldiers and local youths.Several army vehicles invaded the Qalandia refugee camp, and clashed with dozens of local youths, who hurled stones and empty bottles on them.

The soldiers invaded and searched dozens of homes, medical centers and shops, in the refugee camp and nearby areas.

Owners of some of the invaded properties have been identified as Yacoub Assaf, Yassin Assaf, Sa’id Aslan, Ashraf Ammar, Laith As’ad, Islam Zayed, Amir Saqqa, Anwar az-Zeer, Thaer Abu Latifa, in addition to the Islam Internet Center, the shop of Fadi Sar’awi, and a carpentry owned by Mohammad Zayed.

Qalandia has been witnessing ongoing invasions and clashes that escalated after the soldiers shot and killed two young Palestinian men, on Wednesday at dawn, and injured at least four others.

They said the soldiers violently searched and ransacked the invaded homes and stores, causing property damage.

In addition, the army invaded Budrus town, west of Ramallah, the al-Jalazonerefugee camp, north of Ramallah and kidnapped five Palestinians, identified as Mohammad Hisham ‘Oleyyan, Mousa Khaled Reyahi, Khader Khaled Reyahi, Mahdi Abu Thaher and Ayman Abu Thaher.
