Israel flooded Gaza with rainwater meanwhile in the West Bank soldiers injuries one youth during clashes. These stories, and more, coming up, stay tuned.

A Palestinian youth was shoot and injured by Israeli troops on Monday evening during clashes in Qabatyia town in northern West Bank.

Palestinian sources said that troops stormed the town and clashes with local youth. Troops fired live rounds, tear gas, and rubber-coated steel bullets meanwhile local youth responded by hurling stones and soldiers. As a result a 17-year old local youth was hit with a live round in his abdomen and was moved to the nearby Jenin city hospital for treatment.

Qabatyia town is under Israeli siege for two weeks now, the Israeli army closed the town after two youth from Qabatyia were shot dead in Jerusalem by Israeli police allegedly after trying to stab soldiers.

In other news, Israeli soldiers have kidnapped, overnight and on earlier Monday, 21 Palestinians in different parts of the occupied West Bank. One Jordanian was taken prisoner after crossing the border near Bisan.

The Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) has reported that the soldiers invaded the town of al-Jiftlik, in Jericho district and kidnapped five Palestinians. The PPS added that the soldiers also invaded various areas in the southern West Bank district of Hebron, searched many homes, and kidnapped eight Palestinians.

Three more civilian were taken by Israeli soldiers during invasions and more searches in Bethlehem city, Salfit and Qalqilia. Four more civilians were kidnaped by troops during home searches in different parts of the occupied West Bank, Palestinian sources reported.

In related news, the army detained a Jordanian man after crossing the border fence near Bisan city, Israeli Channel 10 said. It added that the man was unarmed, and was moved to an interrogation center and that Israel will likely transfer him back to Jordan, after concluding a security background check.

Elsewhere, Large areas of Palestinians lands, and several homes, in the al-Meghraqa and Gaza Valley areas, in central Gaza, have been completely flooded after Israel opened its dams towards Gaza.

Israel repeatedly opens its dams towards the besieged Gaza Strip during winter time, especially following heavy rain, inflicting serious losses and destruction in various areas of the coastal region, in addition to many injuries.
