Israeli soldiers invaded, on Wednesday at dawn, the town of Hizma, northeast of occupied East Jerusalem, searched and ransacked many homes, before abducting eight Palestinians, including three former political prisoners, and three children.

The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported that the soldiers abducted three former political prisoners, identified as Issa Odah Khatib, 50, Ahmad Wahid Khatib, 21, and Mohammad Fawzi Khatib, 25.

The PPS added that the soldiers also abducted Mohammad’s brother, a teenage boy identified as Ahmad.

It also said that the soldiers abducted Mohammad Roshdi Salahuddin, 17, Fadi Hamed Khatib, 15, Mahmoud Hussein Khatib, 18, and Rami Sbeih Khatib.
