Israeli Soldiers Abduct Six Palestinians In Bethlehem And Hebron

Updated: Israeli soldiers abducted, earlier on Monday at dawn, six Palestinians, after storming and searching their homes, in Bethlehem, Hebron and Jerusalem, in the occupied West Bank.

Media sources in Bethlehem said the soldiers invaded the al-Baloa’ area, in the al-Khader town south of Bethlehem, searched homes and abducted Jamal ‘Alqam.

They added that the soldiers also invaded the al-Maslakh area, in Bethlehem city, and abducted a former political prisoner, identified as Hamada Sha’lan, after breaking into his home.

Ahmad Jahshan

In Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank, the soldiers invaded and searched homes in Halhoul town, north of the city, and abducted Ahmad Hani Jahshan.

The soldiers also abducted Mohammad Abdullah Abu Rayya, from his home in the al-‘Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron.

In occupied Jerusalem, the soldiers abducted two young men, identified as Adel Issam al-Khatib, and Khaled Nazzal, from their homes in Hizma town, north of the city.

In related news, the soldiers invaded Shu’fat refugee camp, northeast of Jerusalem, and fired many rubber-coated steel bullets and gas bombs at Palestinians who protested the invasion.
