Israeli troops kill a Palestinian man in the West Bank, in the meantime warplanes attack areas in Gaza causing damage. These stories, and more, coming up, stay tuned.

A Palestinian man was shot and killed by Israeli soldiers on Thursday evening as they stormed his house and ransacked it at the town of Beit Ola near the southern West Bank city of Hebron.

30-year-old Ahmad Al Saraheen, was reported dead after succumbing to wounds he sustained after solders shot him inside his home. Local sources said that troops stormed the house of  Al Saraheen to kidnap him and search his home, a scuffle with the soldiers broke out, on soldier shot Al Saraheen critically injuring him.

Later troops took Al Saraheen and his father to unknown location, Palestinian security forces said that the Israeli army announced Al Saraheen death shortly after arresting him injured but alive.

Elsewhere, the Israeli army kidnapped on Thursday midday a Palestinian youth and assaulted five others at Al Jalamah checkpoint near the northern West Bank city of Jenin.

Troops stopped a shared taxi searched it then kidnapped one youth after claiming that they found a knife with him then assaulted the other young men in the car, witnesses  told local media.

In other news, the Palestinian Political Prisoners Society, PPS announced on Thursday that hunger striking political detainee held by Israel Malak Al Qadi is facing critical heath conditions as he is in a coma since seven days.

Al Qadi is on hunger strike for 71 days to protest ill-treatment and the use of administrative detention by Israel. The Israeli army uses administrative detention to hold Palestinians for longer times without charges of trial.

Moreover, The Israeli Air Force fired, on Thursday at dawn, a number of missiles into several areas, believed to be run by the Al-Qassam Brigades of Hamas, in different parts of the Gaza Strip.

Some of the missiles detonated in open lands in a Qassam site, in the Shaima’ area, northwest of Beit Lahia in the northern part of the Gaza Strip. The Al-Qassam Brigades said the missiles caused property damage, and fires, but did not lead to any casualties.

A second strike also targeted a Qassam center in the Shaima’ area, northwest of Beit Lahia, causing excessive damage. A third strike targeted another Qassam center in the Sheja’eyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, causing damage.

The Israeli army said it targeted the Qassam centers in Gaza after a mortar shell landed in an open area in the Eshkol Regional Council, on Wednesday evening, and that the shell caused no casualties or property damage.
