The Israeli prosecution filed charges on Thursday against an Arab youth from Jerusalem after claiming that he planned to carry shooting attacks against Israeli settlers. The police said that the youth is a friend of Qasem Al Moghrabi who carried the bulldozer attack against Israeli soldiers in Jerusalem two weeks ago; 17 Israelis were wounded. Full Story
