Israeli forces took over a Palestinian house in the village of Um Al Safa, west of the central West Bank city of Ramallah on Tuesday. Soldiers stromed the house and forced the family of Tha'er Sobeh down to the ground floor. They then took over the second and third floors and turned them into an army post. The family is still not allowed to leave the house, local sources reported.
