On Tuesday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted forty-three Palestinians, from their homes in several parts of the occupied West Bank, including twenty-nine from Silwad town, east of Ramallah, and shot three, including one who succumbed to his serious wounds,

In Jenin, in the northern West Bank, dozens of soldiers invaded the Jenin refugee camp, searched homes, and abducted a former political prisoner, Ameed Ersan, from his home.

The soldiers also killed Rafiq Riyad Ghannam, 20, in front of his home when protests took place after many army jeeps invaded the town of Jaba’, south of Jenin, and abducted Ahmad Ziad Hamamra.

Ghannam was rushed to a hospital in Jenin but succumbed to his serious wounds, medical sources have confirmed.

In addition, Mousa Khatib said the undercover officers shot his son Fadi Khatib, 20, while standing in front of his home, causing a moderate injury to his leg. Fadi is a former political prisoner who Israel imprisoned for 18 months.

Palestinian fighters also exchanged fire with the soldiers when they invaded several neighborhoods in Jaba’.

In the northern part of the West Bank in Nablus, Palestinian resistance fighters exchanged fire with Israeli soldiers in their military base on Mount Gerizim, south of Nablus.

Protests also occurred after several army jeeps invaded Jayyous village, northeast of Qalqilia, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

During the invasion of Jayyous, the soldiers violently searched many homes and abducted two Palestinians, Ahmad Nabil Khaled, 33, and Morad al-Qaddoumi, 37.

In Tulkarem, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted Ahmad Samer Jaber, 17, Khaled Jamal Jaber, 22, and Ibrahim Adnan Badawiyya, 30, from Nur Shams refugee camp, and Baha’ Noureddin Shehada, 22, from Thannaba area in the city.

The soldiers also shot a young man with a live round in the thigh while standing in front of his home in the Tulkarem refugee camp; his wounds have been described as moderate-but-stable.

In Ramallah, in the central West Bank, the soldiers abducted a young man, Mohammad Hussein Mashhour, after storming and ransacking his home in Kafr Malek village, northeast of the city.

Furthermore, many Israeli army vehicles invaded Silwad town, east of Ramallah, before the soldiers stormed and violently searched dozens of homes and abducted twenty-nine Palestinians.

The abducted have been identified as Qussai Mahmoud Hamed, Khotba Abdul-Nasser Hamed, Saleh Husam Hamed, Khaled Abdu-Razeq Hamed, Ra’fat Radwan Hamed, Emad Sajed Hamed, Adam Fathi Hamed, Fathi Hamed, Maher Khatib Hamed, Amir Maher Hamed, Abdul-Hamid Monir Hamed, Abdul-Majid al-Natour, Mohammad Maher al-Makhoul, Abdul-Rahim Abu Faraj, Mustafa Abdul-Rauf Atfa, Hasan Abdul-Rauf Atfa, Mahmoud Omar Ezzat, Emad Ali Nassar, Mohammad Hasan Hammad, Abdul-Maqsood Khaled Hammad, Wa’ed Abdul-Rahim Hammad, Mohammad Zaher Hammad, Jihad Zaher Hammad, Mohammad Shaher Hammad, Ziad Ali Badra, Mohammad Fares Haijar, Shadi Raji Ayyad, Ammar Lutfi Nimir, and former political prisoner Shehada Ali Nassar.

Many army jeeps also invaded Ni’lin, Silwad, and the al-Mazra’a ash-Sharqiya villages, near Ramallah, and conducted extensive searches in several areas.

During the invasion of Ni’lin, the soldiers abducted Ahmad Mohammad Abdul-Qader al-Khawaja, from his home.

In Bethlehem, the soldiers invaded and searched several homes in the al-Walaja village, east of the city, detained three siblings, Nasser, Hamdi, and Hana’ Ma’ruf al-Atrash, and interrogated them for several hours before releasing them.

In the southern part of the west bank in Hebron, the soldiers abducted Taiseer Abu Turki from his home.

On Tuesday night, the soldiers installed a military roadblock near Silat ath-Thaher town, on the main Jenin-Nablus Road, stopped and searched dozens of cars, and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

Dozens of soldiers were also deployed around various villages and towns, especially Rommana, Ta’nak, and Zabbouba, and closed many streets.
