On Saturday, Israeli soldiers injured three Palestinian journalists while reporting on a procession against the illegal Israeli colonialist activities in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said the soldiers shot Mashhour al-Wihwah, a cameraman working for the WAFA Palestinian New Agency, with a gas bomb fired directly at him and caused the severe effects of tear gas inhalation to Fadi Khallaf, who works for Palestine TV and fainted due to tear gas inhalation and Photojournalist Wisam al-Hashlamoun who suffered the severe effects of tear gas inhalation.

The soldiers also prevented many international peace activists from reaching the Tiwana village in Yatta town, south of Hebron, who were trying to help the Palestinians, subject to constant attacks and violations by the illegal fanatic colonizers and the Israeli soldiers.

Rateb Jabour, the coordinator of the National and Popular Committees against the Annexation Wall and Colonies, said the processions organized by the Committees and the Protections and Steadfastness Committees to help and support the Palestinians, especially since the Israeli occupation wants to illegally annex more Palestinian lands to build colonies and military bases.
