The Maan News Agency reported on Friday at night that a Palestinian policeman was shot and injured by unknown gunmen in Rafidia area, in the northern part of the West Bank.The agency stated that gunmen driving two vehicles parked close to a Palestinian police vehicle driving in Rafidia and shot officer Nabil Salahat.
Salahat was moderately injured, medical sources in Nablus reported.
Following the attack, Palestinian policemen and security forces deployed in the area and initiated searches in the area.
