The Israeli Authority gave demolition orders to residents of Kherbet Taweel in Aqraba village in eastern Nablus on Thursday to demolish their buildings, claiming that they don’t possess building licenses.Jawadat Bani Jaber, Mayor of Aqraba village indicated that Kherbert Taweel which is considered part of Aqraba village’s land is inhabited by 500 people. They depend on livestock and they use the buildings as a shelter for their livestock.
Sources reported that the Israeli Authority issued the residents with the demolition orders in that area and they have to refer to the management department in Beit Eil to get legal advice for building.
Bani Jaber petitioned all the concerned international organizations to intervene and halt any action that might be taken by the management department to demolish these buildings.
