Thursday May 22 2013, Israeli soldiers invaded Ya’bod town, near the northern West Bank city of Jenin, and kidnapped five Palestinians. The army also invaded Zabbouba nearby village, and Beit Jala, near Bethlehem.Local sources have reported that the army invaded Ya’bod village after surrounding it, broke into several homes and searched them before kidnapping the five residents.

The five kidnapped Palestinians have been identified as Suheil Ali Amarna, 20, Bara’ Abdul-Latif Amarna, 21, Ahmad Abdul-Fattah Zyoud, 22, his brother Mohammad, 24, and Abdul-Majid Amarna, 21.

The army also handed Miflih Ahmad Abi Baker, 19, a warrant ordering him to head to the Salem military base for interrogation.

Furthermore, the army invaded Ya’bod, broke into and searched several homes after forcing the families out of their homes.

In related news, soldiers invaded the As-Sahel area, in Beit Jala city, west of Bethlehem, violently broke into the Beit Jala Vocational Center, and searched it.

The soldiers also stopped dozens of vehicles in the area, searched them and interrogated residents while inspecting their ID cards.

On Wednesday, the army kidnapped twelve Palestinian children in occupied East Jerusalem, and took them to an interrogation facility in the city.

Earlier on Wednesday, the army invaded different parts of the West Bank and kidnapped six Palestinians in the districts of Nablus, Tubas and Jenin.

On Tuesday, the army also invaded various areas in the West Bank, kidnapped eight Palestinians, in addition to kidnapping two children in Abu Dis town, in occupied East Jerusalem.
