The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported that Israeli soldiers abducted, on Monday at dawn, at least 30 Palestinians, including three children, a young woman, and the Secretary of Fateh Movement in Jericho, after the army invaded and ransacked dozens of homes across the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem.

Update: Several army jeeps invaded Qabatia and Kafr Ra’ey towns, south and southwest of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, searched many homes and abducted three Palestinians.

The abducted Palestinians have been identified as Mustafa Rashed Abu ar-Rob and Mohammad As’ad Abu ar-Rob, from Qabatia, in addition to Mohammad Fakhri al-Atrash, from Kafr Ra’ey.

Protests were reported in the two towns, and the soldiers fired many gas bombs and concussion grenades.

The PPS said the soldiers invaded Beitin village, east of the central West Bank city of Ramallah, before abducting three children, identified as Mohannad Yousef Jaber, 13, Abdul-Rahman Mohammad Jaber, 14, and Mohammad Obeida Khatib, 14.

In occupied Jerusalem, the soldiers searched many homes in the al-‘Isawiya town, northeast of the city, and abducted fifteen Palestinians, identified as Ali Mohammad Obeid, Mohammad Adnan Obeid, Wisam Nayef Obeid, Mohannad Nasser Mahmoud, Bashar Nasser Mahmoud, Mansour Nasser, Fayez Mohammad Mheisin, Mohammad Mer’ey Dirbas, Bassel Mohammad Dirbas, Ali Abu Ryala, Jihad Issa Bader, Yousef al-Kiswani, Bassel Odah and Mohammad al-Jayyar.

In Bethlehem, south of occupied Jerusalem, the soldiers invaded Wadi Maali area, in the center of the city, and abducted a former political prisoner, identified as Abdullah Ata Tayeh, 23.

The soldiers also abducted Khalil Khader Shouka, 27, from Jabal Hindaza, east of Bethlehem, and summoned for interrogation Mohammad Issa Ghneim, 23, from the al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem.

In Hebron, in southern West Bank, the soldiers abducted Said Abu Aisha, from Hebron city, and a young woman, identified as Wafa’ Ali Abu Zahra, 19, from her home in Yatta town, south of the city.

In addition, the soldiers abducted a young man, identified as Saif Bassam Abu ‘Aisha, from his home in Abu Romman Mountain, in Hebron city.

In Tubas, in northeastern West Bank, the soldiers abducted two siblings, identified as Fares and Odai Hasan Tayeh, from their home in the al-Far’a refugee camp.

Furthermore, the soldiers invaded the home of Jericho Governor, Na’el Abu al-‘Asal, searched and ransacked the property in Aqabat Jaber refugee camp, and abducted his son Na’el.

In Nablus, in northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted Qais al-Khatib, 21, from the al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya village, south of the city. The young man is a student at Birzeit University, near Ramallah.
