Israeli soldiers abducted, on Thursday at dawn, four Palestinians and injured one, after the army invaded Jenin and its refugee camp, in northern West Bank.
Media sources said several army jeeps invaded Jenin city, and Jenin refugee camp, before the soldiers stormed and ransacked many homes.
They added that the soldiers abducted Mohammad Shadi Jarrar, Hammouda Mahmoud al-Kayed and Ahmad Walid Nabhan, from Jenin city, in addition to Mohammad Hawashin, from Jenin refugee camp; they were all abducted from their homes.
It is worth mentioning that the soldiers wired and detonated the main door of the Jarrar family home, before storming into the property and abducting him.
The soldiers repeated struck the young man with clubs and batons, causing cuts and bruises, and interrogated for more than one hour before taking him prisoner.
Many Palestinians protested the invasion and hurled stones at the soldiers who fired gas bombs, concussion grenades and rubber-coated steel bullets; one Palestinian was injured, and several others suffered the severe effects of teargas inhalation.
