Israeli soldiers invaded, on Tuesday at dawn Beit Fajjar town, south of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, searched many homes, and abducted three Palestinians, in addition to one who was taken prisoner after the soldiers stopped his car, northeast of Bethlehem.
Media sources said several army jeeps invaded Beit Fajjar town before the soldiers stormed and ransacked many homes.
They added that the soldiers abducted Mohammad Akram Taqatqa, Ahmad Khaled Taqatqa, and Eyad Nader Taqatqa, from their homes.
In addition, the soldiers abducted Mohammad Naji Salah, 28, from the al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem, after stopping him at the Container Roadblock, northeast of the city.
The Palestinian was forced out of his car before the soldiers detained him at the roadblock for a few hours and moved him to an unknown destination.
Furthermore, the soldiers broke into the homes of several former political prisoners in Arraba town, south of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, and interrogated them along with their families.
Owners of some of the invaded homes have been identified as Ahmad al-‘Arda, the mayor of Arraba, in addition to Mohammad Rauf Hamdan, Ja’far Ezzeddin, Tareq Qa’dan, Ibrahim Dahbour, and Jasser Sheebani.
The soldiers also summoned for interrogation a former political prisoner, identified as Hani Shehada Sheebani, from Arraba.
In addition, the soldiers, the soldiers closed the main entrance of Marda village, north of Salfit in central West Bank, detained several young men, and fired live rounds and concussion grenades.
In related news, the soldiers abducted one Palestinian and violently searched many homes, causing damage, in the southern West Bank district of Hebron.
