On Thursday, Israeli soldiers abducted a Palestinian farmer in Masafer Yatta south of Hebron in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.
Rateb Jabour, the Protection and Steadfastness Committees coordinator in southern Hebron, said the soldiers abducted Mahmoud Yousef Ed’eis, 46, while working on his land in the al-Martaba area, east of Yatta.
The soldiers prevented the man from working on his land before abducting him and taking him to a nearby military base.
On Wednesday, the soldiers prevented Mahmoud from entering his land and confiscated his axe, shovels, nails, sheets and pipes, and other equipment he brought to build a tent on his land after the illegal Israeli colonizers invaded twenty dunams of land, including his land, and released their livestock to graze on the produce.
