Saturday, Israeli soldiers deliberately fired at a main electricity network in Fahma village, south west of Jenin in the West Bank.
Residents of the village reported that two Israeli military jeeps invaded the village, chased dozens of youth and opened fire at them and at electricity cables causing damage and power failure.
