On Wednesday, Israeli soldiers injured several Palestinians in Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron, in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.

Local media activist Mohammad Awad said several army jeeps invaded the Safa area in Beit Ummar, leading to protests.

Awad added that the soldiers fired many live rounds, gas bombs, and concussion grenades at the protesters and several surrounding homes.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said dozens of Palestinians, including several children, suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation.

Also Wednesday, Israeli soldiers fired many live rounds at a Palestinian car south of Hebron, wounding a Palestinian man after he allegedly rammed a soldier with his car.
