On Tuesday, Israeli forces shot a Palestinian young man, abducted at least nine citizens, including two children, and assaulted several young men in various regions of the occupied West Bank.

Israeli forces stormed, on Tuesday afternoon, several towns and villages in the northern West Bank governorate of Jenin, and conducted a wide-scale search operation.

Media sources said that occupation forces invaded the towns and villages of Ya’bad, Arraba, Kfeirat, Al-Araqa, Al-Yamun, Zububa, Ta’anakh, and Jalboun, erected military roadblocks, and carried out a search campaign. 

Before dawn on Tuesday, Israeli forces stormed the northern West Bank city of Nablus, invaded several citizens’ homes, and abducted a Palestinian young man.

Media sources said that the army invaded and ransacked the home of Asaad Mona, before abducting him.


It was added that soldiers broke into and searched the young man’s shop in the Old City and ransacked it, causing damage.

On Tuesday evening, Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian young man with live rounds at the same time that dozens of illegal Israeli colonizers stormed the town of Qusra, south of Nablus.

Media sources said that dozens of illegal colonists from the “Yesh Kodesh” outpost, established on stolen Palestinian-owned lands, invaded the town under the full protection of the occupation army.


Occupation forces opened heavy fire while Palestinian citizens confronted the attacking settlers, shooting a young man in the foot with live ammunition; he was transported to hospital by another citizen.

It is important to mention that Israeli forces invaded the town of Monday evening and fired live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters at citizens; no injuries were reported.

In Huwwara town, south of Nablus, Israeli soldiers brutally assaulted a 20-year-old Palestinian young man, on Monday afternoon, causing various bruises and injuries.

Furthermore, Israeli soldiers invaded the central West Bank town of Deir Istiya, northwest of Salfit, and abducted five Palestinian citizens, including two children, in front of the municipality building.

Media sources said that the army abducted Musab Musleh Mansour, 21, Alaa Barhoum Fares, 23, Mahmoud Abdel Qader Aqel, 42, whom they assaulted, his son, Hudhayfah Mahmoud Aqel, 17, and Talha Muhammad Mahmoud Awad, 17.

On Tuesday afternoon, Israeli forces invaded the town of Husan, west of Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, assaulted several young men and abducted two.

According to Rami Hamamra, the director of the village council, the army invaded the town, chased several Palestinian youths, detaining and assaulting them.

Hamamra added that soldiers fired live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters at citizens; no injuries were reported.

Media sources said that occupation forces abducted the young men, Shadi Muhammad Jabr Hamamra, 20, and Montaser Mahmoud Shusha, 20.

The army also stormed an electronics shop in the town, and inspected its surveillance cameras.

It is important to mention that the army invaded the town of Husan, on Monday evening, and fired tear gas canisters and concussion grenades at citizens, causing many to suffer the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation.

Moreover, occupation forces abducted a Palestinian shepherd in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank, and confiscated several sheep in the town of Bani Na’im, east of the city.

Media sources said that on Tuesday evening, soldiers prevented Firas Jamil Awad from grazing his sheep in Masafer Yatta, before abducting him.

It was added that soldiers pursued Palestinian shepherds while they grazed their sheep in the town of Bani Na’im, forced them to leave the area, and seized several heads of sheep.
