Illegal Israel colonizers burned, on Sunday evening, several Palestinian-owned vehicles and agricultural land in the village of Yatma, south of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank.
According to Ahmed Snobar, the head of the Yatma Village Council, said that hundreds of illegal Israeli colonizers, under the protection of the occupation army, burned many vehicles and farmland in the village.
Snobar added that the colonizers also hurled rocks at least one citizen’s homes on the outskirts of the village; no injuries were reported.
He said that local Palestinians tried to extinguish the massive fires and confronted the colonizers and the army, while soldiers opened fire with live rounds and tear gas canisters without causing any injuries.
Meanwhile, illegal colonists attacked, on Sunday evening, a grain truck near the town of Beita, south of Nablus, while soldiers were present.
Media sources said that the flour truck was donated to Nablus farmers by the Jordanian government, while the colonists attacked the truck near the Za’tara military roadblock, assuming it was heading to the Gaza Strip.
In the afternoon, a group of Israeli settlers, under army protection, invaded the “Al-Masoudiyah” archaeological area in the village of Burqa, northwest of Nablus.
