On Saturday, illegal Israeli colonizers attacked Palestinian-owned homes, while a young man was shot, in Qusra town, southeast of Nablus in the northern West Bank, and assaulted the Deputy Mayor of Bani Na’im town, east of Hebron in the southern West Bank.

A Palestinian young man was shot with live ammunition, on Saturday evening, during an attack by Israeli paramilitary colonizers, in the town of Qusra, southeast of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank.

According to local activist, Fouad Hassan, said that a group of armed paramilitary settlers from the illegal “Esh Kodesh” colony, opened fire towards Palestinian citizens homes, under the protection of the occupation army.

Hassan added that local citizens confronted the settler attack, while the colonizers and army fired live rounds, shooting a 29-year-old Palestinian man in the abdomen.

Palestine TV quoted the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) who said that their ambulance crews transported the young man to hospital for treatment.

It is not clear whether the army or the settlers shot the young man, and his condition was not known at the time of writing this report.

It was added that occupation forces confiscated a citizen’s vehicle while withdrawing from the town with the settlers.

In related news, a group of illegal colonizers assaulted the Deputy Mayor of the town of Bani Na’im, east of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that illegal Israeli colonizers attacked, on Saturday afternoon, municipal employees while they were working on water lines in the town of Bani Na’im, east of Hebron.

It was added that the Deputy Mayor of the town, Nader Hamidat, sustained bruising after colonists assaulted him; he was transported to hospital for treatment.
