On Tuesday morning, the army, accompanied by military reinforcements, invaded the “Al-Mandarafat” area adjacent to the Aqabat Jaber refugee camp, south of Jericho, and demolished a Palestinian-owned home.
Media sources said that occupation forces demolished the home of the citizen, Tariq Jamil Nujoom, under the pretext of not having a license to build.
West of the city, Israeli soldiers demolished two homes in the village of Ein ad-Duyuk at-Tahta, and the foundation of an under-construction home belonging to the citizen, Mohammad Ahmad Samarat.
Meanwhile, in the town of Al-‘Isawiya, north of occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces demolished a printing press, on Tuesday afternoon, after invading the area.
Media sources said that Israeli bulldozers stormed the town, accompanied by bulldozers and proceeded to knock down a printing press owned by the citizen, Mohammad Aliyan.
Aliyan said that after receiving the demolition order, he removed its contents in order to demolish the shop, however the army stormed the town and destroyed the business which was the only livelihood for he and his four sons.
It was added that the Israeli municipality ordered Aliyan to pay a fine of more than 48,000 shekels ($13,050 USD).
In related news, occupation forces demolished a a three-storey building belonging to the citizen, Ismael Sa’da Al-Halhouli, in the Al-Louza neighborhood in the town of Silwan, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem.
