Dr. Ahmad Soufi, the Mayor of Rafah, in Gaza’s southmost part, said the Israeli army is ongoing with the massive destruction of the entire governorate for the third consecutive month, and continues to prevent the entry of humanitarian supplies after turning the Rafah Border Terminal into rubble.
