On Friday, Day 371 of the genocide in the Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles and shells struck homes and buildings across the devastated, starved, and besieged Gaza Strip, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians, including children and women.
Twenty-five Palestinians were killed, and dozens were injured, when the army fired many missiles at Jabalia town in northern Gaza. Medical sources said the army bombarded four homes in a residential block in Jabalia town, killing at least 25 Palestinians and wounding dozens, including infants, children, women, and elders. They added that many Palestinians remain under the rubble as medics and rescue teams continue to search.
Additionally, medics and residents located the corpses of four Palestinians from the Nabhan family, and many were injured after the army bombarded their homes in the Be’er Na’ja area, west of the Jabalia refugee camp, before they were moved to Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia.
One woman was killed, and four Palestinians were injured, when the army bombarded Hafsa School, where families were sheltering, in the Jabalia refugee camp, before they were moved to Al-Awda Hospital in Tal Az-Za’tar in Jabalia.
In Gaza City, the army fired a missile at a home belonging to the Al-Kahlout family in the Tuffah neighborhood, killing three Palestinians and wounding many, including children and women.
Medics rushed to the bombarded homes and moved the slain and the wounded to the Baptist Hospital in the city.
In the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, two children were killed, and many Palestinians were injured, when the army fired a missile at a residential building belonging to the Bayoumi family, before they were moved to Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir Al-Balah.
The Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, said its fighters destroyed an armored Israeli vehicle west of Beit Lahia, killing and wounding several soldiers, and added that its fighters attacked soldiers of the Israeli Combat Engineering Corps east of Rafah in the southern part of the Gaza Strip on Thursday.
The Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, the armed wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), said it targeted and destroyed an armored Israeli military vehicle in Jabalia.
The Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad, said its fighters fired an RPG shell at a Merkava Israeli tank in the center of the Jabalia refugee camp.
Israel has now killed at least 42,150 Palestinians and injured more than 98,117, in addition to the thousands who remain missing, largely under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings in several parts of the devastated coastal enclave, since October 7, 2023.
