On Wednesday night, a young man suffered fractures and bruises after being severely beaten by Israeli occupation soldiers east of Bethlehem, south of occupied Jerusalem, in the West Bank.

Medical sources stated that the soldiers severely beat Adi Ahmad Al-Sahouri from Bethlehem, causing fractures in his leg and bruises all over his body, before the medics rushed to the area and transferred him to a hospital in Bethlehem.

They stated that the soldiers detained the young man in the Wadi Al-Hummus area between the villages of Dar Salah, east of Bethlehem, and Sur Baher in Jerusalem.

The soldiers stopped and searched many cars and residents before assaulting the young man while interrogating him and examining his ID cards.
