The Israeli army continued, Friday, its serious violations of the “ceasefire” agreement, wounding a child, in addition to continuing the demolition of homes and buildings.
Medical sources have confirmed that an Israeli military drone fired live rounds at Palestinians several areas in Gaza city.
They added that a child was shot in his arm when a drone targeted him in the Sikka street, east of the Shuja’iyya neighborhood in the eastern part of Gaza city.
In addition, the army continued the wiring and detonation of Palestinian homes and buildings in the eastern part of Khan Younis city, in southern Gaza.
Talking to Al-Jazeera, the head of Gaza’s NGO Network stated that the Palestinians still endure severe hardship due to the massive destruction and the siege that is limiting the amount of humanitarian aid.
“There has been no improvement in the quality of aid entering the Strip,” he said, “We are in urgent need of 300,000 tents and winter-appropriate clothing to protect displaced families from the cold.”
At least 68,229 Palestinians have been killed and 170,369 injured in Gaza since October 7, 2023, according to Al Jazeera and Gaza’s Health Ministry. Over 75% of Gaza’s population—more than 1.8 million people—have been forcibly displaced.
