Israeli occupation forces carried out multiple invasions across the occupied West Bank at dawn Saturday, abducting two Palestinians from the Nablus district, while military units continued to deploy in several areas, block roads, and restrict the movement of civilians.

Local sources reported that the soldiers invaded the town of Qusra, south of Nablus in the northern West Bank, and abducted a child, Yousef Fuad Hasan, after storming and ransacking his family’s home.

The army also invaded Beit Dajan, east of Nablus, and abducted Nidal Abu Saada following a violent search of his home.

In the city of Nablus, Israeli forces invaded the eastern area, deploying near Old Askar Refugee Camp, Share‘ al‑Mayya, and the Al‑Safa Dairy Factory, while soldiers stormed several commercial shops.

The army also invaded the al‑Masaken al‑Sha‘biyya (Public Housing) neighborhood east of the city and searched a shop selling agricultural supplies.

In Ramallah, in the central West Bank, Israeli forces installed a military roadblock at the entrance of Yabrud, known as Yabrud Bridge, stopping Palestinian vehicles, inspecting ID cards, and causing a severe traffic jam.

The occupation maintains nearly 1,000 military roadblocks and gates across the West Bank, fragmenting Palestinian geography and severely restricting movement between districts.

In occupied Jerusalem, soldiers obstructed the movement of schoolchildren at the Al‑Shayyah military roadblock in Jabal al‑Mukabber, preventing many from reaching their schools under the pretext of “permit requirements.”

In related news, Israeli authorities also released the brothers Ahmad and Ajwad ‘Odah Salama after detaining them for two weeks following an invasion of their home in Anata, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.

On Saturday morning, Israeli soldiers killed a young Palestinian man in Khirbet Salama village, west of Doura town, southwest of Hebron in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.

Media sources said the soldiers fired live rounds at Mohammad Ahmad Sweity, 25, after he reportedly approached an illegal Israeli colony built on Palestinian lands.
