Israeli forces demolished Palestinian homes, agricultural structures, and water wells on Tuesday in Khirbet Al-Fakhit, a community in the Masafer Yatta area south of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank.

Anti-colonization activist Osama Makhamra said Israeli forces demolished an 80-square-meter, tin-plated home owned by Yasser Ali Abu Sahba. The two-room structure, which included a kitchen, housed a family of five.

Israeli forces also demolished two agricultural sheds, a sheep pen, and a sanitation unit owned by the Abu Sahba family.

In addition, Israeli bulldozers demolished a residential room owned by Younis Yasser Abu Sahba.

Makhamra said Israeli forces also demolished two water wells: a 150-cubic-meter well owned by Yasser Abu Sahba and a 300-cubic-meter well owned by Akram Sari Abu Sahba.

The forces further demolished a 40-square-meter home owned by Fatima Khalil Abu Sahba, where two family members lived. They also demolished a structure used for raising sheep.

Khirbet Al-Fakhit is one of several Palestinian communities in Masafer Yatta facing ongoing Israeli demolitions, construction restrictions, repeated displacement threats, and attacks by Israeli colonizers.
