During military invasions across the occupied West Bank on Tuesday, Israeli occupation forces abducted dozens of Palestinians, including a woman and two children. The incidents were reported in the Tulkarem, Nablus, Jenin, Tubas, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem areas. Illegal Israeli paramilitary colonizers also attacked Palestinian residents and property in multiple locations.
In Tulkarem, in the northwestern West Bank, Israeli soldiers abducted four Palestinians after breaking into their homes in the city. The abductees were identified as former political prisoner Ra’fat Jamil Nassef, 61, Ali Fathallah Sa’idi, Anas Sheikh Hussein, and Rou’a Ibrahim Raja Al-Hafi, 30.
The army also invaded the Shweika suburb north of Tulkarem, where soldiers searched a vehicle garage and a home belonging to the Freij family. The forces conducted extensive searches, vandalized property, and subjected residents to field interrogations. No additional abductions were reported.
In Kafr Qalil town, south of Nablus in the northern West Bank, Israeli soldiers abducted Kamal Abdul-Jabbar Amer after invading the town, breaking into several homes and ransacking their contents.
The military also invaded the towns of Qabalan and Osarin, south of Nablus, where dozens of Palestinians were detained and interrogated in the field before most were released.
Meanwhile, in Huwwara town, south of Nablus, Israeli forces ordered shop owners to close their businesses and deployed throughout the town center, disrupting commercial activity.
Separately, two Palestinians were injured when Israeli colonizers attacked homes in the Al-Mas’udiyya area on lands belonging to Burqa village, northwest of Nablus. Local sources said colonizers assaulted residents, injuring Mohammad Al-Khalil and his son. Both were transferred to a hospital for treatment.
In the Jenin governorate, in the northern West Bank, Israeli soldiers abducted Ahmad Wael Al-Sharqawi after breaking into his family’s home in Zababda town, south of Jenin.
The army also invaded Meithalun town, southeast of Jenin, and broke into numerous homes before converting one residence into a field interrogation center. Dozens of young men were detained and taken to the house for questioning during the military operation.
In Tammun town, south of Tubas in the northeastern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted 18-year-old Yazan Samer Bani Odah after breaking into his family’s home. Soldiers searched the home and caused extensive property damage.
Also in the Tubas governorate, colonizers blocked a dirt road leading to the Northern Yarza community, east of Tubas, with large stones. Local officials said colonizer attacks have escalated in recent weeks, with colonizers entering the area nearly every day and grazing livestock among residents’ tents.
In a separate development in occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces invaded Anata town and Shu’fat refugee camp, northeast of the city, closing their entrances, imposing a curfew, and deploying troops and military vehicles throughout the area. A military bulldozer also closed a dirt road linking Anata with Al-Za’im Street.
The soldiers abducted dozens of Palestinians in Anata and subjected several residents to field interrogation. Those named included Muhannad Fayeq Al-Refa’ey, brothers Yasser and Ziad Sari Fheidat, Issa Mousa Issa, Mohammad Issa Hawamda, Khader Odah Abu Haniya, and Hamza Jamal Abdul-Jawad Hamdan, in addition to an unidentified woman. Soldiers broke into and searched homes, damaged their contents, and seized the home of Kamal Taher Salama for use as a field interrogation center.
Furthermore, Israeli military bulldozers tore up main water lines in Anata, threatening water access for residents. The damage, combined with the closure of Anata and Shu’fat refugee camp and the curfew, disrupted schools, businesses, movement, and essential services for approximately 80,000 Palestinians.
In Shu’fat refugee camp, soldiers broke into shops and private properties, forced open doors, searched the premises, and damaged residents’ property during the continuing military operation.
In a separate attack northwest of occupied Jerusalem, colonizers threw stones at a Palestinian vehicle as it passed through the tunnel linking Al-Jib and Biddu. Local sources said the vehicle sustained damage, but no injuries were reported.
The Jerusalem Governorate described the operation in Anata and Shu’fat refugee camp as a systematic military assault and an act of collective punishment. It compared the operation with the Israeli military assault on Qalandia refugee camp, north of Jerusalem, in early August.
The governorate said the escalation reflects an expanding policy targeting Palestinian communities around occupied Jerusalem through closures, movement restrictions, abductions, property searches, and attacks on essential infrastructure.
In Bethlehem, south of occupied Jerusalem, Israeli soldiers abducted two Palestinian children, Farid Rami Al-Hreimi, 15, and Saadi Raed Al-‘Adam, 16, from the Saf Street area in the city center.
During the incident, soldiers assaulted the mother of Al-Adam while abducting her son, causing injuries that required hospitalization.
In Hebron, in the southern West Bank, the soldiers stormed and ransacked dozens of homes, before detaining and interrogating many young man for several hours.
The latest incidents are part of ongoing Israeli military operations throughout the occupied West Bank, where soldiers continue to invade communities, break into homes, conduct field interrogations, and abduct Palestinians, while colonizer attacks also continue to escalate.
