Israeli soldiers invaded, late on Tuesday at night, an area east of Yatta town, south of the southern West Bank city of Hebron, and conducted extensive military searches of homes and property.Coordinator of the Popular Committee against the Wall and Settlements, Rateb Jabour, stated that the army invaded Wad Abu Aziz area, Fattouh, the al-Bweidh village and many other areas, before breaking into dozens of homes and searching them.

The soldiers interrogated and held entire families while searching their homes, and property, while several children suffered anxiety attacks due to the violent invasion.

Jabour added that Israeli paratroopers have also been extensively deployed in the area, especially in Palestinian farmlands and orchards, close to an Israeli military base, east of Yatta.
