The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported that Israeli soldiers have kidnapped, overnight, at least eleven Palestinians, including children and former political prisoners, in different parts of the occupied West Bank.
The Hebron office of the PPS, in the southern part of the West Bank, said the soldiers invaded several communities in the district, searched homes and abducted five Palestinians, identified as Monir Samir Abu Sharar, Mazen Maher Abu Atwan, Khalil Amro, Islam Taiseer Sa’afeen, 20, and Mahmoud Sleibi, 26, a former political prisoner who was held for three years.
In addition, the soldiers invaded Qotna, Biddo and ar-Ram towns, in occupied Jerusalem, searched homes and abducted Mahmoud Mohammad Taha, Ahmad Issa Mansour, Hammad Nasser al-Khdour, in addition to two former political prisoners, identified as Mohammad ‘Aabed and Rafat al-Hathaleen.
In Jenin, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank, the soldiers searched homes and abducted Wael Azmi Abu Hanana.
In Qalqilia, also in the northern part of the West bank, the soldiers abducted two children, identified as Marah Luay J’eidi, 15, and Salem Hani Abu Hamada, 16.
Furthermore, the soldiers abducted Mohammad Ziad Hassanein, 33, from his home in Balata refugee camp, in the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
In Ramallah, in central West Bank, the soldiers abducted Mohammad Abdul-Rahim Mahdi, 24, from the al-Janiah town.
