Friday evening, Israeli soldiers injured five residents in the village of Bal’in, west of Ramallah; one resident was arrested and transferred to an unknown location.
A local source in the village reported that soldiers attacked a peaceful protest against the Separation Wall, the army also closed the village and several streets in it.
The protestors carried Palestinian flags and chanted slogans against the Wall and the occupation, and marched towards the mosque of the village.
Army surrounded the mosque area and fired gas bombs and rubber coated bullets, five were injured and one resident was arrested.
The arrested resident, identified as Farah Kamal, 30, was handcuffed, blindfolded and transferred to an unknown location.
