Tuesday at night, an Israeli military source reported that soldiers intend to break into Ansar detention, in the Negev, if the detainees do not stop their strike.
The detainees are striking in detention after rejecting the ‘security searches” which army conducts in detention, and refused to report to the daily counting procedure.
Meanwhile, the army said that reinforcements were called to Ansar detention in order to break into the branches of the detention and break the strike using force.
The detainees announced strike in protest to intention by prison administration to move transfer some detainees to other branches, or other detentions.
Clashes erupted in between the detainees and a military unit in one of the branches; no reports of injuries were released.
