Palestinian sources said to Palestinian were killed in Al-Barazil neighborhood in Rafah southern Gaza Strip and six others were injured in Jabalia and Al-Nuseirat Refugee Camp north of the Strip on Sunday.

Sources from Abu Yousef Al-Najjar hospital in Rafah said, Rif’at Abu Amra 28 was shot in the head and died immediately by Israeli gunfire.

The same source said Al-Barazil neighborhood was later exposed to intensive shooting and shelling by the Israeli army by the troops in the military outposts along the borders with Egypt.

In a separate incident, an Israeli tank opened fire at civilians near a gas station east of the camp killing Adnan Mansour from Al-Zawabdeh village in the central Gaza Strip. Medical sources said Mansour was hit with several bullets in his body.

Moreover, Israeli apaches fired several missiles at several blacksmith workshops in Jabalia, Al-Zaytoun Neighborhood and Al-Nuseirt refugee camp in the early hours of Monday morning.

Six Palestinians were injured as a result and the workshops caught fire as well. This is the second shelling of the workshops that belong to Shaniora family in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza city. The first shelling was last week.

The army said these workshops are used to make Qassam missiles that Palestinian armed resistance fire at Israeli targets.

Eyewitnesses said, the shelling also created terror among the residents of the area and resulted in cutting the power current in the area.

This shelling comes while the Israeli army continues its military operation in Beit Hanoun city Northern Gaza Strip. The Army says this operation aims to prevent Palestinian resistance groups from firing Qassam rockets at Sderot southern Israel.
