Friday afternoon, resident Fayez Hilmy Ayyad, 30, from Gaza, died of wounds sustained on June 2, 2005.
Dr. Moawiya Hassanen, head of the emergency unit at the Palestinian Ministry of Health, said that Ayyad died of his wounds, on Friday at an Israeli hospital he was transferred to by the soldiers after seriously injuring him.
Ayyad was shot by the Israeli army after invading an area in Gaza city.
