Wednesday evening, an Israeli military source reported that soldiers of the Nahal infantry unit, arrested a 17-year-old youth from the village of Qaffin, near Tulkarem; army claims that the teen was attempting to smuggle explosives.
According to the army, the teen was carrying a knife, and two improvised explosives.
