Israeli troops stormed the home of Said Al-Ashkar in Sida village north of Tulkarem on Saturday afternoon.ÂÂ
Al-Ashkar, a member of Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, was away from the home when the soldiers arrived.
A source close to Al-Ashkar family said that Said, apparently unaware of what was happening, called home while soldiers were still searching the place. An Israeli solider picked the phone and threatened Al-Ashkar with deadly force if he doesn’t surrender himself voluntarily.
