Israeli soldiers arrested, on Monday evening, a resident at the Rafah border crossing, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip on his way back from Romania.
The WAFA news agency that soldiers arrested Ayman al-Kahlout, from Beit Lahia in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.
Al-Khalout was on his way back home after obtaining his PHD Degree in Medicine from Romania.
