Israeli soldiers invaded Marda village, near the West Bank city of Salfit, and arrested one resident on Saturday at dawn.
A local source in the village reported that soldiers broke into the home of Oraby Sa’id Al Khafsh, arrested him, and took him to an unknown destination.
Al- Khafsh is the second resident arrested in the village in less than two days.
