The Israeli army installed on Monday morning a military checkpoint in Al Kader village near the West Bank city of Bethlehem.
Troops invaded the village and installed a mobile checkpoint on the main road that connects the village with Bethlehem, stopped and searched the cars, eyewitnesses reported.
Soldiers of the soldiers operating at the checkpoint barged into the near by shops and searched them and detained some civilians including some of the shop owners, eyewitnesses added. The detainees were set free few hours later.
