An Israeli army force arrested, on Friday, two Palestinians carrying rifles near the Elon Moreh settlement in the West Bank, Israeli source reported.
TheĆāĆĀ sources claimedĆāĆĀ that the two were planning to carry out a shooting attack on the road leading to the settlement.
